During this intimate, 2 hour, in-person class, you will learn about how to navigate and manage labor stages, the anatomy of the pelvis, how a baby maneuvers throughout labor, hands on comfort measures for all birthing scenarios, and more. This class is very helpful for partners and spouses. Empowered Birth highlights the most important aspects of supporting physiological birth, how to avoid interventions, and also advocate for the birth vision of the family.
